Return Policy

We are happy to offer returns. Please contact us promptly regarding any returns with your order number and description of the problem, and we will guide you through our simple return process. Please see guidelines listed below:

CANCEL AN ORDER

Orders may only be canceled if the order has not yet been processed. Cancellations will be subject to a cancellation fee of 10% of the total amount of the order. Orders once placed are final. We are not able to adjust, add or combine orders.

PROBLEM WITH AN ORDER

Please check your items when arrived for any damages/ missing parts/ incorrect items so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Any damages/ missing parts/ incorrect items claims MUST be made within 5 days of receipt of shipment. Please email us at support@dilittlecorner.com with your order number, photos of the item as it was received and description of the problem. If the items arrived damaged, please also include a photo of the box and any packing materials.

CHANGE OF MIND

Upon receiving your toys, if you are not satisfied for any reasons you may return them unused for a full refund (less shipping) within 14 days of the purchase date. Return shipping charges are the customer's responsibility and a restocking fee of 5% will be apply.

We do not accept opened items, or items that show signs of use.

To start a return, please email us at support@dilittlecorner.com with your order number, and description of the item you would like to return. Items sent back to us for return without approval will not be accepted.

Please include your receipt and reuse the original box with the packing materials to ship back the products. We suggest that you insuring the package, and shipped with a tracking number to ensure a safe journey as DiLittleCorner will not be held responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged return deliveries. Once we receive the returned goods, we will process the refund accordingly.

Gifts are for store credit only.
