Repair/Breakage

Our products are stand for quality, and study, but not unbreakable. We carefully select the wood without defects when making our toys, and the quality of the toys are checked before we send it to you. Wood is a natural product and not indestructible, so we cannot rule out that something breaks.
Children may be advised and prompted to use caution with their special toys. However, if something breaks, you can repair the damage with wood glue.

Stacking Rainbows Replacement Parts

Unfortunately, we're unable to replace any pieces of the whole rainbow. Since the rainbow is made from a single piece of wood, and that make each rainbow unique and none of them alike. Therefore, none of the individual arcs from the rainbow is replaceable. Even if we provide the replacement for the rainbow's piece that is broken, it will not fit your rainbow perfectly. If you're accidentally break one of the rainbow pieces, it can be easily fixed with wood glue.

How can I clean the wooden toys?

If you want to remove dirt from the wooden toys, simply wipe gently with a damp cloth. When drying, please do not place on the heater, otherwise, cracks may occur in the wood. Please allow to dry at room temperature. Please never soak our wooden toys in the water, or clean our toys with disinfectant, hot water or similar.

Why can the stacking rainbow only be stacked together in one direction?

The rainbow is made from one single piece of wood which requires a lot of experience to do this work free hand. This leads to an asymmetrical construction, resulting in a more pleasant, natural appeal in comparison to using precise, symmetric stencils. Therefore, individual arcs may need to be rotated to obtain a perfect fit! It is exactly what makes the rainbow so special and each one unique.

Wood Characteristics

Please note that wood naturally has variation in color and grain which adds character to the toy and means that no two toys are exactly alike. Your toy may have small knots or other variations, but will always be structurally sound.

WE VALUE ON NATURE FOR OUR KIDS

Every piece of wood has its own appearance, its own character and its own vitality. Its natural characteristics, and unique markings are therefore always to be considered. For example, dark spots on the rainbow are caused by mineral deposits. This means that if the tree had grown further, a branch would have developed at this point

Damages/Missing Parts

Please check your items when arrived for any damages/ missing parts. Any damages/ missing parts claims MUST be made within 3 days of receiving your items. Photos of the damage are also required. Thank you!

Return Policy

After careful consideration we regret to inform we decided not to accept anymore returns. We had issues with customers not reading the product description returning. However, we will replace or refund items if there’s something wrong with your order - please don’t hesitate to reach out out to us. We will fix all the issues, don’t worry!
