FREE SHIPPING
We offer free standard shipping on orders over $120 within the contiguous US. Order must total $120 after all discounts or promotions applied.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Please note that occasional carrier delays may occur and are out of our control. DiLittleCorner does not guarantee shipping or delivery dates.Please expect longer delivery times for Hawaii, Alaska and all international locations.
We use USPS as our main courier, and UPS. The shipping method and carrier will be
determined by DiLittleCorner team based on the order contents and shipping address.
We process most orders and ship within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends & holidays) and will arrive within 3 - 10 business days after shipping. Estimated delivery times vary based on where you live. You will receive a tracking number via email shortly after your order shipped. You may also track your order and shipping process on our site via Tracking Orders
We do aim to have orders out the next business day, however, please be patient with us during times of high order volume, fulfillment time may be extended. If you need your order urgently, please choose Express Shipping at checkout to receive your order within 1-3 business days for guaranteed delivery dates.
Once awhile, please allow up to 10 business days for your package to scan in transit due to carrier delays.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We apologize but we do not offer international shipping at this time.
MISSING OR LOST PACKAGES
Please note DiLittleCorner is not responsible for orders with incorrect shipping addresses. Returned items due to an incorrect address provided will be the customer's responsibility for re-ship charges.
If you did not receive your package, please confirm the shipping address and check other possible locations around the delivery area where the package could've been dropped or received by someone else.
DiLittleCorner is not responsible for packages after delivery is completed. This includes but is not limited to theft/ effects of weather/ missing or lost packages due to courier error. However, we will work with you to recover the package and file the necessary claims with the courier.
Packages are sometimes prematurely marked as delivered by couriers. Please notify us at support@dilittlecorner.com if your package marked delivered but you have not receive it. We ask that you wait 3 business days after the package is marked as delivered. If the package doesn't arrive after 3 business days, please reach out to our customer service team no later than 5 days after delivery and we will find a solution so please do not worry.
